Trust & safety

The auto-transport board where you can't get scammed.

Double-brokering and fake carriers are the plague of this industry — and it's getting worse. Loadgency was built to make them structurally impossible: every carrier is verified for real authority and real insurance before they can touch your load, you see exactly who's showing up before you release it, and every shipment is documented at both ends. We're a transparent property brokerage launching in 2026 — FMCSA broker authority and the $75,000 surety bond in process now. Here's exactly how we keep you safe.

Who we are

Built to be regulated, bonded, and on the hook

We're not a lead-gen site flipping your info — we're building this as a federally regulated property broker, with authority and a bond in process now.

🛡️

FMCSA broker authority

Loadgency will operate under Haulgency LLC's federal property-broker authority — MC number issued at launch, regulated by the FMCSA, not an unlicensed middleman. Authority is in process now.

💳

$75,000 surety bond

A $75,000 BMC-84 bond (in process now) will back every transaction — a federal guarantee that we operate honestly, with real money on the line behind our promises.

🔏

Your data stays yours

We never sell your details to lead generators. Your info goes to the carrier moving your load and no one else. That's the whole privacy policy.

Carrier vetting

Every carrier is checked at the door

1

Active operating authority

We confirm a live, in-good-standing MC/DOT number before a carrier can claim your load — no expired or revoked authority.

2

Verified cargo insurance

Current cargo and liability coverage is on file and checked before dispatch. No proof of insurance, no load.

3

Safety & history screen

We review the carrier's FMCSA safety record and standing. Problem histories don't get to haul for you.

4

Documented handoff

A digital Bill of Lading plus timestamped inspection photos are captured at pickup and delivery — your evidence, automatically.

🚫 No double-brokering. Structurally. The #1 auto-transport scam is a "carrier" who takes your load and quietly hands it to someone unvetted — or disappears with it. On Loadgency the carrier who claims it is the carrier who hauls it, verified before they can even see the load, and their agreement forbids re-brokering. It's not a policy we hope holds — it's built into how the board works.
Verified handoff

You know exactly who's showing up

The moment a carrier claims your load, you see who to expect at the curb — before you ever release your vehicle.

🪪

Photo before pickup

The carrier submits current photos of the truck, the trailer, the DOT/company markings, and the driver's ID. You see them in the app before pickup day.

Match it at the curb

Truck, trailer, and driver should match what you were shown. If they line up, release with confidence. Simple as that.

🛑

Doesn't match? Don't release.

If the truck, trailer, or driver isn't who you were told to expect, do not hand over your load — it could be one of those dirty MC numbers. Tell us and we step in immediately.

It runs both ways. Carriers get a heads-up on who they're meeting too — a name and contact for the pickup, so there are no surprises on either end. (Shipper-side is lighter — a name and number, no ID — because pickup staff and dealership people rotate. Carriers are carriers: they get verified.)
If a car gets a scratch

Who's covered, and who pays

Let's be straight about insurance, because most brokers are deliberately vague about it.

📦

The carrier's cargo insurance covers it

Your shipment is covered in transit by the assigned carrier's cargo policy — the carrier is legally responsible for goods in its custody. We verify that coverage is active before they can claim your load.

🔎

We're the broker, not the insurer

We arrange, verify, and document — we don't own the truck and we don't underwrite the load. Being clear about that up front is how you avoid the "fully insured" fine-print trap other brokers hide behind.

🧾

A backstop behind us

As a licensed broker we'll carry contingent cargo and broker liability coverage — a safety net behind the carrier's primary insurance (in place at launch).

If something goes wrong

How a claim works

Damage is rare and vetting prevents most of it — but if it happens, you're documented and you're not alone.

1

Note it at delivery

Compare the delivery photos to the pickup photos and mark anything on the digital BOL before the driver leaves. That's your protected record.

2

File through us

Report it in the app or to support@loadgency.com. We pull the BOL, photos, and carrier insurance on file and open the claim.

3

Carrier's insurance covers it

Transport damage is covered by the assigned carrier's cargo insurance. We hand them the documentation and stay on it with you until it's resolved.

📸 The photos are the whole game. Because we timestamp the vehicle's condition at both ends automatically, a "was that dent there before?" argument becomes a five-second comparison instead of your word against theirs.
What to expect on timing: we acknowledge a claim within 1 business day and hand the carrier's insurer a complete package — BOL plus both-ends photos — so nothing stalls on missing paperwork. Payout amounts and timelines are set by the insurer, and we stay on it with you until it's closed.
Service, no-shows & your money

Not just damage — every kind of "went wrong"

🚛

No-show or late

Report it in the app. We mediate, and it hits the carrier's rating and verification standing — repeat offenders are removed. Documented delays (weather, breakdown) pause the clock with no penalty.

📞

Pickup won't answer or release

Our structured pickup contact plus instant exception alerts mean the second a pickup location goes dark, you're notified right away — not left wondering.

💳

Match fell through? Fee reversed.

Our fee is charged only when a carrier claims your load. If that carrier falls through before pickup, the fee for that match is reversed or credited — you never pay for a match that didn't happen.

The anti-fraud stack

Six systems working so you can't get burned

Every one of these runs on a real load, inside the app — not a promise on a page. Here's the actual machinery.

🛡️

Live FMCSA carrier check

Before a carrier can claim, we pull their record live: authority active, insurance on file, legal name matches, and no ties to a revoked "reincarnated" MC number. Fresh authority with no insurance and a name mismatch — the classic double-broker profile — is blocked automatically.

📍

Driver check-in at pickup

At the curb the driver verifies on the spot — GPS location, CDL scan, a face match, and the truck's MC — all matched to the exact account that claimed your load. If who shows up isn't who claimed it, the vehicle doesn't move.

🔒

Payment-confirmed release

The car isn't released until payment is confirmed — protecting the driver from a delivery that never gets paid, and protecting you from paying before your vehicle actually arrives.

🧾

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every action on your load — posted, vetted, claimed, checked in, photographed, paid, delivered — is time-stamped and cryptographically chained. Nothing can be edited or erased after the fact. It's the record that settles disputes in seconds.

📸

Mandatory condition photos

Timestamped, GPS-stamped photos at both pickup and delivery are required, not optional. A "was that dent there before?" argument becomes a five-second before/after comparison — and staged claims fall apart.

Verified badges, in the open

Authority-verified, insured, and identity-verified badges show right on the load, so shippers, drivers and carriers can all see who they're dealing with at a glance — and self-police.

📨 Loadgency will never ask you for a payment to "release" or "unlock" a load, ask for your password or a login code, message you from anything other than an @loadgency.com address, or push you to take the deal off-platform or pay by gift card or crypto. If a message does any of these, it's a scam — verify it in the app and we'll flag the sender. There is no real situation where we need those things from you.
Protected on every side. Shippers are protected because the car only releases once payment is confirmed and every carrier is vetted first. Drivers are protected because their pay is guaranteed at delivery and their verified identity travels with them. Carriers are protected because the load they claim is the load they haul — nobody can quietly re-broker it out from under them.
Why you can trust us

Trust you can verify — not just take our word for it

We're new by name, so we don't ask for blind faith. The model itself removes the reasons people distrust brokers in the first place. Here's what backs every single load.

🛡️

Every carrier vetted

Active FMCSA authority and cargo insurance, verified before a load is ever dispatched — and re-checked over time. No random driver off a list.

📄

Documented both ends

A digital Bill of Lading plus timestamped photos at pickup and delivery. Your load's condition is on record, both ways — for any vehicle type.

💳

Your money, never ours to hold

You pay the driver directly on delivery (COD). No deposit, no escrow — nothing sitting in our account for us to lose or run off with.

🔍

Nothing hidden

The driver's full price and our one flat fee shown side by side, before you commit. A hidden markup is impossible when everything's on screen.

🤝

Keep your carrier

No non-circumvention traps. Rebook a driver you trust or go direct forever — the relationship is yours, which keeps everyone honest.
